Beyond Organic Moringa (Extra Potent, grown by my Teacher Garifuna Elder Arzu Mountain Spirit & Community in Belize!), Organic Spirulina, Nettle, Tulsi, Tumeric, Organic Mango, Vanilla, Organic Coconut Milk Powder, Grass Fed Non-GMO Collagen Peptide powder

Intentions: A nourishing herbal collagen milk that brings together treasures from the land and sea, and from the plant and animal kingdoms to support us in feeling strong and satiated. For best results, enjoy in addition to your regular breakfast or lunch to provide an extra boost of nutrients. (Earth Milk is not intended as a diet food or meal replacement!)

Instructions: Add 2 tablespoons of Rio Cosmico Earth Milk with 8 oz of water to a blender with 3 ice cubes, blend until smooth and drink immediately. For a creamier beverage, substitute water for your favorite full fat milk or plant milk. For more of a treat, add a dash of honey or other tropical fruits. Made for sharing, 1 pouch makes 2 servings.
