Rio Roja is a potent superfood jam, blood builder and reproductive tonic containing nutritious whole fruits, medicinal berries and roots, and healthy fats. A teaspoon full taken on an empty stomach 3x per day in the days leading up to your menstruation, and continued through your bleeding days provides multidimensional support for the menstruating body and restores vitality. Those without wombs who feel called to this medicine can create their own rest/ restoration based rituals in accordance with the phases of the moon and experience support for overall reproductive health, including prostate health. Each jar contains approximately 21 servings or enough for about 7 continuous days of nourishment.

** The majority of the vodka from the tinctures that bring potency to this formula evaporates in the reduction process.
